Please read carefully before making payment. By making payment for any service provided by Olympus Atelier, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms without exception.

Binding Upon Payment
Booking
A booking is only confirmed after payment of the required booking fee/deposit.
The booking fee secures your date and is strictly non-refundable.
Until payment is received, your requested date remains available to other clients.
Payment
•70% booking fee is required to secure a date.
•The remaining 30% balance must be paid before filming begins.
•No final video will be delivered until full payment has been received.
•Additional services requested after confirmation will attract additional charges.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellation by the client does not qualify for a refund of the booking fee.
Rescheduling will only be permitted once, subject to our availability, provided at least 7 days’ written notice is given.
If the requested new date is unavailable, the booking will be treated as cancelled.
Shooting Time
Your package covers only the agreed shooting period.
Client delays will not extend the agreed booking duration.
Additional shooting time will attract an overtime charge of ₦30,000/hour.
The client must ensure that the videographer and crew have complete access to the location at the agreed call time.
Travel & Extra Expenses
Transportation within the agreed service area is specified in your package quote.
Travel outside the agreed service area, accommodation, parking, location fees, permits, special equipment, or other project-related expenses will be charged separately.
The client will be informed of all applicable additional costs before they are incurred.
Editing & Delivery
Final edited videos will be delivered within 7–21 working days, depending on project specifications.
Delivery timeline commences only after:
•The shoot has been fully concluded; and
•All required brand assets, audio, and client materials have been provided in full.
Urgent or express delivery will incur an additional priority fee.
Revisions
Your package includes agreed rounds of revisions (typically 1–2 rounds as outlined in your brief).
Revision requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of receiving the first draft.
Changes that significantly alter the original creative brief or require extensive re-editing will attract additional charges.
Raw Footage
Raw footage is not included in standard packages.
If the client requires raw footage, this must be requested and contracted before delivery. Additional charges will apply.
Creative Direction
Cinematography is an artistic service.
The videographer retains creative control over framing, composition, editing, colour grading, pacing, transitions, music scoring, and storytelling in alignment with the agreed project brief.
Specific references or creative expectations must be communicated in writing before production begins.
Copyright & Usage
The atelier retains copyright and legal ownership of all raw footage, project masters, and original creative assets unless otherwise contracted in writing.
Upon full settlement of payment, the client is granted the agreed license to use the final delivered video for the purpose stated in the booking.
The client must not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or modify the delivered work without prior written authorization.
Portfolio Use
Unless the client requests and secures a formal non-disclosure agreement before production begins, Olympus Atelier will use selected footage from completed projects for its portfolio, website, social media, showreels, advertising, and promotional showcases.
Unforeseen Circumstances
The atelier will make every reasonable effort to fulfil your booking.
If circumstances beyond reasonable control (such as severe weather, equipment failure, venue restrictions, emergencies, or government directives) affect production, the session will be rescheduled or an alternative arrangement will be provided.
Client Responsibility
•The client must provide accurate and complete booking information.
•The client must obtain all necessary venue and filming permissions.
•The client must ensure timely and unrestricted access to the filming location.
•The client must ensure key participants are present and available on schedule.
•The client must communicate all special requirements in writing prior to production.
•The client must provide a safe and respectful working environment for the videographer and crew.
Acceptance
Payment of the booking fee constitutes the client’s binding acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
By making payment, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined herein without exception.
